When it comes to training my clients, I like basing it off of SMART goals:

  • Achievable
  • Relevant
  • Timely

This approach can help me create clear, realistic goals that are attainable within a given time frame. Making goals specific to each of my clients needs is extremely important to me.

Group Classes

Group Classes

Most of my group classes I offer are Boxing. HIIT workouts in the same group provide peer motivation, as members encourage one another to accomplish their objectives. Group exercises are ideal for those who wish to work out, but know that if left to their own devices, they will procrastinate or lose the motivation.

I think group classes are excellent for beginners but everybody needs 1on1 if you want to get more of an in depth experience on really breaking down the fundamentals of strength training and boxing.

Classes usually range from 45 minutes - 1 hour, these include high intensity (HIIT), full body workouts that will have your heart rate jumping in no time.

Performance

Develop fast twitch muscle fibers through fast, explosive movement training. Speed and explosiveness are the two most important and versatile attributes any athlete can possess. No matter the sport, the age, or the size of the athlete, speed is king.

Through Sports Performance Training, clients develop the skills necessary to be fast and quick on their feet, highly coordinated with smooth footwork, strong and balanced, as well as confident and mentally prepared.

Whether its 1 on 1 boxing training or group classes, I can show you all the fundamentals of boxing. Boxing is a great combination of endurance and strength training. You will have your heart rate up in no time while building your lung capacity.

Working reactionary training as well as your fast-twitch muscle fibers, I think it is a fantastic addition to add to your strength training program. On top of that, boxing can actually improve mental health by decreasing stress, anxiety, and depression, therefore improve well - being and confidence.
