In-Home Personal Training
I come to you. Whether you've got a full home gym or a pair of dumbbells and a bench, I build your program around your space and your goals — no gym membership required. Sessions are the same quality coaching you'd get anywhere, just in a setting that works for your life.
Currently serving Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Sammamish, and communities across the Eastside.
Month-to-Month (No Contract)
Starter — 1x/week — $500/month (~$125/session):
Build healthy habits with weekly guided sessions. Best for busy professionals who want structure, accountability, and a foundation to build on.
Performance — 2x/week — $960/month (~$120/session):
Consistent training with real momentum. Best for clients who want to get stronger, move better, and see measurable progress.
Elite — 3x/week — $1,380/month (~$115/session):
Full commitment, full results. Best for clients who are serious about making training a priority and want hands-on coaching multiple days a week.

Online 1:1 Coaching
Online coaching that's actually hands-on. You get a custom program built around your goals, regular check-ins, video form feedback, and a coach who knows your history and adjusts your plan every week. Not a PDF and a "good luck."
Available nationwide — not limited to the Eastside.
Starter Plan — $325/month
Structure and accountability to keep you consistent.

Performance Plan — $500/month
Consistent progression with hands-on feedback.
Everything in Starter, plus:

- Biweekly video form review with detailed feedback
- Weekly progress tracking — photos, strength logs, measurements
- Priority support with under 24-hour response time
Elite Plan — $800/month
Premium, concierge-level coaching for people who want every detail dialed in.
Everything in Performance, plus:
- Weekly 1:1 Zoom call — training review, lifestyle optimization, goal setting
- Unlimited video form checks with same-day feedback
- Full nutrition system — meal templates, grocery lists, supplement guidance
- Lifestyle coaching — sleep, recovery, stress management, travel programming
- Direct access with same-day priority messaging

One-on-One Boxing Training
Boxing builds more than cardio — it sharpens coordination, footwork, mental focus, and confidence. Sessions are one-on-one with me, structured by round, and tailored to your experience level. You don't need to want to fight. You just need to want to work.
Available as standalone training or combined with strength and conditioning programming.
