• Weekly 1:1 Zoom coaching call (training + lifestyle optimization)

• Unlimited video form checks (upload anytime, same-day feedback)

• Full nutrition system (meal templates, grocery lists, supplement guidance)

• Lifestyle optimization (sleep, recovery, stress management, travel workouts)

• Direct access with same-day priority messaging

I also offer in-person personal training as a 5-pack, 10-pack, 15 pack or even 20-pack! This low-pressure, flexible entry point feels less intimidating than committing to a monthly contract. It’s ideal for people who want to “test the waters” with personal training before going all-in. These smaller packs allow you to experience my coaching style, build trust, and see progress without feeling locked in—while still giving you upfront payment and a defined schedule. It’s also a great way to accommodate those with busy or unpredictable routines who value flexibility but still want high-quality, in-person training.
