This starter fitness plan I created is for individuals who are brand new to the gym. The Beginner Program is designed for individuals who are new to fitness and ready to build a strong foundation without feeling overwhelmed. It’s ideal for busy professionals, parents, or anyone looking to improve their health through simple, effective workouts they can do at home or in a local gym. This program focuses on building consistency, learning proper form, and developing healthy habits tailored to your lifestyle. It’s a great fit for those who want structured guidance and accountability without needing to commit to in-person training sessions.  

This program includes:

  1. Onboarding: Basic lifestyle questions (goals, schedule, equipment access, lifestyle, progress tracking etc.)  
  1. Training program: simple workouts, foundational movement, form, understanding what your goals are
  1. 1x a week accountability check, 24hr response time via direct message, go over any questions fitness related (via zoom or phone call)  
  1. Basic nutrition coaching

Intermediate Training Plan: 159$/Month

For those who already have fitness experience and are looking to take their physique and performance up a notch. This program is designed for individuals who have at least 6–12 months of workout experience and want to take their training to the next level—whether they’re working out at home or in a gym. It’s ideal for people who understand basic movements but need more structure, progression, and coaching to improve performance, body composition, or energy levels.

This program includes:

  1. Training program: 3 custom workouts/week depending on your goal, optional boxing inspired conditioning workouts
  1. Nutrition coaching: customized meal plan, food tracking guidance with app recommendations, weekly nutrition focus, sample meals (depending on diet), personalized calorie and protein/macro goals
  1. Accountability: 2x 30 min Zoom coaching calls per month, weekly check ins (questions about anything fitness related), 24 hr. guaranteed response from direct messaging
  1. Progress tracking: monthly progress reviews, strength benchmarks, recovery and stress tracking
  1. Educational Content: Emails, reels, habit tracking etc.

IN – PERSON 1:1 - COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME GYM

Starter package: 350$/Month

This specific package I offer is great for busy professionals who want guidance and momentum with low commitment. The whole goal is building healthy habits, establishing a foundation, and confidence as well.

  1. Weekly check ins for accountability via DM or phone call

Performance Package: 680$/Month

  1. Biweekly measurements and progress tracking via zoom/video call
  1. Direct messaging for questions (24-48) hr. response

Elite Package: 1,200$/Month

This is designed for executives or high-performance clients who want top-tier service and results, as well as clients serious about transforming their physique, energy, and lifestyle.

  1. 4 in-home sessions/week (12 total) (75$/session) (cancel anytime)
  1. Custom training + full nutrition support (meal templates, grocery lists, tracking help)
  1. Weekly check-ins with habit coaching and mindset tips
  1. Priority scheduling + 24h response time via text
  1. Weekly body composition reviews and lifestyle optimization
  1. From video reviews (even sending a demo back to them on what it should look like (if they train solo sometimes)
  1. Mobility/recovery routines for optimizing recovery

IN – PERSON TRAINING SESSIONS PACKS

I also offer in-person personal training as a 5-pack, 10-pack or even 20-pack! This low-pressure, flexible entry point feels less intimidating than committing to a monthly contract. It’s ideal for people who want to “test the waters” with personal training before going all-in. These smaller packs allow you to experience my coaching style, build trust, and see progress without feeling locked in—while still giving you upfront payment and a defined schedule. It’s also a great way to accommodate those with busy or unpredictable routines who value flexibility but still want high-quality, in-person training.

  • Single Session: $100/session
    (One-on-one personalized training session for 60 minutes.)
  • 5-Session Pack: $400 ($80/session)  
  • 10-Session Pack: $700 ($70/session)  
  • 20-Session Pack: $1,200 ($60/session)
